How it works ..... The idea is to Reach the Top of the Matrix. Move your cursor over the cells. This will highlight other cells that you can Progress (Reach the Top) ..... For example if you have a GNVQ Foundation Qualification, you can place your curser over the the GNVQ Foundation/BTEC Foundation Cell to highlight your Progression Routes. Use the following steps as a guideline:-

1. Select What You Want to Work In, from the list below.
2. Establish which cell applies to your current Level of Learning. For example if you have an Advanced Apprenticeship NVQ3. This is your current Level of Learning.
3. Move over the cell that represents your current Level of Learning. Adjacent cells will highlight, showing possible Progression Routes.
4. Now move to and select/click one of the highlighted cells to show your Progression Route for What you Want to Work In .....
